On February 17, 2022, the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Linglin Health and SSF Standard Innovation and Development Center was held at the BRICS Building, Linglin Health Headquarters. Mr. Liu Yu, Chairman of SSF Standard Innovation and Development Center, Mr. Wang Zongting, Executive Director of SSF Standard Innovation and Development Center, Mr. Lu Weidong, Executive Director and General Manager of Linglin Health, and the management team attended the signing ceremony.

Mr. Lu Weidong introduced in detail to Chairman Liu Yu and Director Wang Zongting the development process from feasibility research on the market demand, policies, regulations, and business model in 2018 to the leading service provider by 2022, as well as the business operations in Shanghai and Jiangsu. President Liu Yu recognized the business direction of Linglin Health, which focused on meeting the seniors' needs for barrier-free travel services, and some achievements in less than two years. President Liu Yu proposed in-depth cooperation with SSF Domestic Service Specialized Committee, Medical Service  Specialized Committee, and other related organizations in the following steps so that more users can use Linglin non-emergency transport services more conveniently.

In this strategic cooperation, Standard Innovation and Development Center and Linglin Health will focus on the convenient travel of vulnerable and special groups in line with the principle of "complementary advantages, collaborative innovation, benefit people's livelihood, seek common development".
