At the meeting, Li Xiaoxu, Operation Director of Linglin Health, introduced the background, purpose, and significance of the establishment of the group standard, as well as the elaborate preparations made by Linglin Health.

With the aging of the population, the deepening of graded diagnosis and treatment, two-way referral under the new medical reform, and the promotion of the combination of medical care, people's demand for non-emergency transport services is ever-increasing. Domestic non-emergency transport policies began to support social forces. From the Industrial and Commercial system, the number of enterprises with "non-emergency transport" services in their business scope has increased to a large scale in the past three years. In contrast to the rapid growth of non-emergency transport services, the development of standards has not kept pace with the development of services. Non-emergency transport services are often associated with "illegal ambulance services". Non-emergency transport services need to be standardized.

President Zhu Tongyu presided over the review, and the seven experts had an in-depth and extensive discussion on the feasibility and necessity of formulating the standard and gave some pertinent opinions and suggestions from the perspectives of market demand, index control, application scope, and positioning, vehicle standards, driver standards, service handover, informatization, reminding and informing the service object. After inquiry and discussion, the expert review group unanimously agreed to the standard project and put forward relevant requirements and guidance for the development.

At the end of the meeting, Liu Yu, Chairman of the Standard Innovation and Development Center of SSF, expressed his gratitude to all the experts for their professional support during the epidemic.
