In October 2022, Linglin Health was selected for the Shanghai Smart Senior Health Care Products and Services Promotion Catalog (2022 edition) by its project “Smart Service for Medical Escort and Company”, becoming the only barrier-free travel product among more than 100 items in the catalog.

On the morning of February 15th, 2023, the Electronic Information Industry Division of Shanghai Economy and Information Technology Commission, the Senior Care Service Department of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, the Aging Health Department of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, the Smart Health Pension Special Committee of Shanghai Internet of Things Industry Association and the Smart Pension Special Committee of Shanghai Senior Care Industry Association visited Linglin Health for investigation. Mr. Lu Weidong, Deputy general manager of Chengtay Financial Leasing and executive director of Linglin Health, introduced in detail the development of the "Smart Service for Medical Escort and Company" to the research team. Under the guidance of the development strategy of "integration of industry and finance, integration of epidemic prevention and peacetime, and integration of business and charity", Linglin Health has provided barrier-free travel escort services in various scenarios for more than 20,000 users in 2022, about 53% of whom are elderly users over 65 years old. In particular, during the two epidemic prevention and control periods from April to May and December 2022, more than 90% of users over 65 years old. While carrying out business operations, Linglin Health has also taken the lead in drafting and publishing the group standard of Non-emergency Transportation Service Specification. Linglin Health also actively promotes Commonweal project projects in its services and jointly provides Commonweal services for the elderly over 85 years old and users with mobility difficulties in families of subsistence allowances.

The research team highly appraised Linglin Health's "Smart Service for Medical Escort and Company", believing that this service is in line with the development trend of China's aging population, in line with the national strategic deployment of combining medical care with nursing, and is an important measure for users to improve the quality of healthy life.
